English Rural have been appointed by Grayshott & District Housing Association to assist with the proposed redevelopment of six properties, which fall short of modern day expectations. Locally appointed architects Plan A, staff & Board Members from Grayshott & District Housing Association, together with support from English Rural were on hand at a recent consultation event, to share proposals with tenants, neighbours, parish councillors and interested local parties. The proposals, which will see a phased demolition of the existing dwellings and development of 14 new homes have been very well received. A planning application to East Hants District Council is timetabled for early in 2018.
