We’re thrilled to announce the launch of ‘My English Rural’ – designed to make our residents’ lives easier by being an online, one-stop place to organise and access their English Rural account.

It’s their digital resident account where they can manage their ACCOUNT, RENT, REPAIRS and much, much more!

From booking a repair (and telling us how we performed) to viewing and managing their account – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How do I access ‘My English Rural’?

If residents haven’t already registered, simply click this link: https://my.englishrural.org.uk and follow the registration instructions. If residents have any trouble registering, they can email us or give us a call on: info@englishrural.org.uk or 020 7820 7930.

What can I do with ‘My English Rural’?

Lots. Here are a few things residents can do:
