English Rural will not tolerate behaviour from any resident which causes or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress.
Any reports of anti-social behaviour will be investigated fully by the English Rural’s Anti-Social Behaviour Policy (which can be found here) and appropriate action will be taken to restore the quality of life for those affected. We will work in partnership with other agencies to adopt a combined approach to prevent, tackle and resolve anti-social behaviour in our communities. The agencies we work we are Local Authorities, Police, Anti-Social Behaviour Officers and support services.
The types of behaviours we will investigate include (this list is by no means exhaustive):
These issues may also be criminal offences and we would encourage residents to report incidents to the police in the first instance, especially if you believe your welfare is at risk. Please ensure crime reference numbers are noted and subsequently reported to English Rural.
To help us monitor Anti-Social behaviour cases effectively, you will be asked to keep regular diary notes, the form can be found here. This will help us decide what action is appropriate, and most importantly, keep you safe.
All residents are asked to be considerate to their neighbours and behave in a way that does not cause a nuisance or distress to those living around them.
