The first Community Land Trust project to secure a planning consent in Kent.

This honour has been achieved by Shepherdswell and Coldred Community Land Trust in a joint venture with English Rural, the Church Commissioners and OSG Architecture. The scheme will provide 13 new homes, with 10 being for affordable rent to local people. Completion is scheduled for March 2024.
