To be eligible for this property you must have a local connection to the Parish of Grundisburgh or the surrounding Parishes of Burgh, Clopton, Culpho, Hasketon, Otley, Swilland, Tuddenham St. Martin or Witnesham. A local connection would typically be considered as current or previous residency, employment within the Parish or immediate family living in the Parish, and priority will be given to applicants who have a connection to Grundisburgh.

You must also be registered for housing with East Suffolk District Council. We generally allocate rented homes in partnership with local authorities, asking them to nominate households who are eligible. If you are not registered, then you may miss out. Please contact East Suffolk District Council as soon as possible if you are not already registered for housing.

The property will be advertised through Gateway to Homechoice  between Thursday 19^th – Wednesday 25^th September 2024. Please ensure you place a bid on the property through the Gateway to Homechoice website.
