To be eligible for this property you must have a local connection to the Parish of Wickham Bishops. A local connection would typically be considered as current or previous residency, employment within the Parish or immediate family living in the Parish.

If a person cannot be identified who meets the criteria for Wickham Bishops, we will consider a local connection to Great Totham, Langford or Little Braxted and thereafter, a connection to Goldhanger, Great Braxted, Little Totham, Tollesbury, Tolleshunt D’Arcy, Tolleshunt Knights, Tolleshunt Major or Ulting will be considered.

Please note that the Parishes are in priority order, and priority will be given to applicants with a connection to Wickham Bishops.

You must also be registered for housing with Maldon District Council. We generally allocate rented homes in partnership with local authorities, asking them to nominate households who are eligible. If you are not registered, then you may miss out. Please contact Maldon District Council as soon as possible if you are not already registered for housing.

The property will be advertised through Gateway to Homechoice between Thursday 5^th – Wednesday 11^th December 2024. Please ensure you place a bid on the property through the Gateway to Homechoice website.
