To be eligible for these properties, you must have a local connection to the village of West Kingsdown. If we are unable to find suitable applicants from West Kingsdown, we will consider applicants with a local connection to the surrounding villages of Kemsing, Shoreham, Eynsford, Farningham, Fawkham and Ash-cum-Ridley.

A local connection would typically be considered as current or previous residency, permanent employment within the village or immediate family living in the village and priority will be given to applicants who have a connection to West Kingsdown. The exact local connection criteria can be found in the Key Information about Shared Ownership Home document, attached at the end of this page

An initial application deadline has been set for 20^th October 2025 and your application will be assessed after this date.
