New Development of 8 Rented Properties – Millbrook, Bough Beech, Chiddingstone

We have a new development of affordable properties at Millbrook, Bough Beech, Chiddingstone, available to rent from end of May 2025. The development will include the following properties:

3 x two-bedroom semi-detached houses, maximum four-person – £247.40 per week

1 x three-bedroom semi-detached house, maximum five-person – £294.59 per week

1 x two-bedroom ground floor flat, maximum three-person – £218.18 per week

1 x two-bedroom first floor flat, maximum three-person – £220.94 per week

1 x one-bedroom ground floor flat, maximum two-person – £179.52 per week

1 x one-bedroom first floor flat, maximum two-person – £181.36 per week

To be eligible for these properties you must have a local connection to Chiddingstone or the surrounding parishes of Chevening, Leigh, Cowden, Penshurst, Hever or Sundridge. A local connection would typically be considered as current or previous residency, employment within the parish or immediate family living in the parish, and priority will be given to applicants who have a connection to Chiddingstone.

You must also be registered for housing with Sevenoaks District Council. We generally allocate rented homes in partnership with local authorities, asking them to nominate households who are eligible. If you are not registered, then you may miss out. Please contact Sevenoaks District Council as soon as possible if you are not already registered for housing.

The properties will be advertised through Kent Homechoice between Monday 24^th March – Sunday 6^th April 2025. Please ensure you place a bid on the properties through the Kent Homechoice website.
