To be eligible for this property you must have a local connection to the Parish of Redmarley. If we are unable to find someone with a connection to Redmarley, we will consider applicants with a connection to the surrounding Parishes of Bromsberrow, Pauntley, Dymock, Upleadon or Staunton. If we do not find anyone with a connection to any of these surrounding Parishes, they will be substituted for the Parishes of Corse, Newent or Hartpury.

A local connection would typically be considered as current or previous residency, employment within the Parish or immediate family living in the Parish, and priority will be given to applicants who have a connection to Redmarley.

You must also be registered for housing with Forest of Dean District Council. The property will be advertised through Homeseeker Plus between Friday 28^th February – Thursday 6^th March 2025. Please ensure you place a bid on the property through the Homeseeker Plus website.
