To be eligible for these properties, you must have a local connection to the village of Avening. If we are unable to find suitable applicants from Avening, we will consider applicants with a local connection to the surrounding villages of Cherington, Tetbury Upton and Beverston.

A local connection would typically be considered as current or previous residency, permanent employment within the village or immediate family living in the village, and priority will be given to applicants who have a connection to Avening. We will only require photo ID to be submitted with your application as well as proof of address, such as a utility bill.
