To be eligible for this property you must have a local connection to the Parish of Benenden or the surrounding Parishes of Sandhurst, Hawkhurst or Cranbrook. A local connection would typically be considered as current or previous residency, employment within the Parish or immediate family living in the Parish, and priority will be given to applicants who have a connection to Benenden.

You must also be registered for housing with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. We generally allocate rented homes in partnership with local authorities, asking them to nominate households who are eligible. If you are not registered, then you may miss out. Please contact Tunbridge Wells Borough Council as soon as possible if you are not already registered for housing.

The property will be advertised through Kent Homechoice between Wednesday 27^th November – Sunday 1^st December 2024. Please ensure you place a bid on the property through the Kent Homechoice website.
