A local connection would typically be considered as current or previous residency, employment within the Parish or immediate family living in the Parish, and priority will be given to applicants who have a connection to Benenden.

You must also be registered for housing with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. We generally allocate rented homes in partnership with local authorities, asking them to nominate households who are eligible. If you are not registered, then you may miss out. Please contact Tunbridge Wells Borough Council as soon as possible if you are not already registered for housing.
