Before you register, make sure you have the following details to hand. If you don’t know some of these details, just give us a call on 020 7820 7930 or send us an email:
✅ Your tenant number – this can be found on your rent statement and is usually a combination of letters and numbers (e.g., ABC123).
✅ Your surname which appears on your rent statement (the surname we hold may be that of your partner/spouse)
✅ Your birth year (the birth year we hold may be that of your partner/spouse)
✅ Your postcode
✅ A valid email address
