Our latest Residents’ Annual Report showcases a year of achievement and positive change at English Rural. The report highlights our delivery of 32 new affordable homes, exceeding our target, alongside £2.8 million invested in maintaining and improving existing properties.
Resident satisfaction remains strong at 77%, with 84% of residents feeling their home is safe. We’ve enhanced our engagement programmes and are implementing new initiatives based on resident feedback, particularly in repairs services and grounds maintenance.
The report also outlines our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, with plans for future home improvements and energy efficiency measures.
