Pay Your Rent

Rent can be paid in different ways: over the phone, online, by Direct Debit or using your Allpay card at the Post Office or any Paypoint. You will need to know your tenant reference number to make a payment and will find this on your Allpay Card or Rent Statement. Allpay are an agency who help us collect and process your rent securely and safely.

There are a variety of ways to pay your rent

The easiest way: Pay Online

It is easiest to pay your rent online: pay your rent online now.

Pay by Direct Debit

Our preferred payment method is Direct Debit.

Once set up, the Direct Debit will operate automatically and ensure regular payment of your rent without further action on your part. Additionally in future, should your payment amount or frequency change, your Direct Debit can be amended by English Rural without needing a visit to the bank. However you will be covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee which means that you are entitled to a refund in the event of any errors and will also have ten working days’ notice of any changes. Download the direct debit mandate (pdf).
