We are pleased to announce the launch of our new-look Resident Support Fund, designed to provide help during the ongoing cost-of-living challenges. This initiative reflects our commitment to supporting our residents and fostering a strong, resilient community.

The Resident Support Fund offers flexible financial support tailored to meet a variety of needs, ensuring that everyone can find the help they require. Here are the key areas where the fund can make a significant impact:

Helping Residents with Essential Living Expenses: We understand that some residents may be facing difficulties in covering basic necessities such as food, utilities, and other essential costs.

Supporting Community Projects: In addition to individual support, the fund also allocates resources to community-driven initiatives that benefit your immediate neighbourhood or wider village. These projects can include enhancing communal spaces, promoting social cohesion, or providing services that improve the quality of life for residents.

Assisting with Home Upkeep: Ensuring long-term tenancy sustainability is another key focus of the fund.
