In line with its Strategic Ambitions, English Rural are delighted to secure the talents of Trudi Halliday and Andy Farrar. They both join the new Resident Services team as Customer Services Manager and Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor respectively.
Trudi’s role as Customer Services Manager is responsible for providing a positive customer experience and Andy’s role as Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor will be focused on improving contractor performance and cost control.
Speaking of the appointments, English Rural’s Chief Executive, Martin Collett said: –
