About English Rural
English Rural Housing Association is a leading national rural specialist providing affordable homes in small villages for local people. We own and manage around 1,250 affordable properties, spread amongst 150 villages, and have a development pipeline of around 200 more homes. We also act as agents on behalf of smaller rural providers. The Association has its head office in central London with many services delivered from our office in Guildford, plus a small office in Essex.
About the role
This is a new exciting opportunity to become part of a small established team, responsible for the delivery of the Association’s development programme. Based at our Essex office, you will be expected to travel to rural locations within Essex and Kent developing effective relationships with our external partners. Working with other members of the Association’s development team, you will be involved in all aspects of the development process, including project management from initial design, through planning and construction.
