Our experience and expertise has helped secure two new planning approvals for affordable rural housing developments in Dunsfold, Surrey and Throwley, Kent. There is a high need in both these communities for more affordable homes. Both developments are a result of a community led partnership involving local landowners, parish councils and English Rural. Once built high quality affordable homes will be available for local people. Working with the community, a mixture of tenures has been agreed to make sure homes meet the different need of local households and make a long term contribution to the choice of accommodation available locally. It is expected construction of both schemes will commence late this year and take around 12 months to complete.
