All rent figures are inclusive of a service charge of £18.94 per week.

To be eligible for these properties you must have a local connection to the parish of Egerton or the surrounding parishes of Charing, Pluckley or Smarden, however; priority will be given to applicants with a connection to Egerton.

You must also be registered for housing with Ashford Borough Council.

Properties are allocated in partnership with the local authority, who will nominate eligible households. Applicants who are not registered may miss the opportunity to be considered, so it is important to contact Ashford Borough Council if you are not already registered.

The properties will be advertised on Kent Homechoice from Monday 7th – Friday 11th September 2026. Please ensure you place a bid via the Kent Homechoice website during this period.
