To be eligible for this property you must have a local connection to the Parish of Dunsfold or the surrounding Parishes of Chiddingfold, Hambledon, Hascombe, Alfold or Bramley. A local connection would typically be considered as current or previous residency, employment within the Parish or immediate family living in the Parish, and priority will be given to applicants who have a connection to Dunsfold.

You must also be registered for housing with Waverley Borough Council. We generally allocate rented homes in partnership with local authorities, asking them to nominate households who are eligible. If you are not registered, then you may miss out. Please contact Waverley Borough Council as soon as possible if you are not already registered for housing.

The property will be advertised through Waverley Homechoice between Thursday 5^th – Sunday 8^th December 2024. Please ensure you place a bid on the property through the Waverley Homechoice website.
