If no eligible applicants with a local connection to Dunsfold are identified, the criteria will be widened to include applicants with a local connection to any part of the Borough of Waverley. In these circumstances, priority will be given to the applicant with the strongest connection to the property. However, applicants with a connection to Dunsfold will always be prioritised above those from the wider borough.
