New Development – Narley Field Road, Manuden – Rented

Description

A new development at Narley Field Road, Manuden, comprising seven rented properties available from August 2026. The scheme includes:

• 2 x one-bedroom ground floor flats (maximum two persons) – £186.41 per week
• 2 x one-bedroom first floor flats (maximum two persons) – £186.41 per week
• 1 x two-bedroom house (maximum four persons) – £235.89 per week
• 1 x two-bedroom bungalow (maximum four persons) – £235.89 per week
• 1 x three-bedroom house (maximum five persons) – £278.47 per week

All properties benefit from their own garden, with the exception of the first floor flats.

The one-bedroom flats will be fitted with wet rooms, while all other properties will have standard bathrooms.

To be eligible, applicants must be registered for housing with Uttlesford District Council.

Properties are allocated in partnership with the local authority, who will nominate eligible households. Applicants who are not registered may miss the opportunity to be considered, so it is important to contact Uttlesford District Council if not already registered.

The properties will be advertised on Home Option from Friday 26 June to Wednesday 1 July 2026. Please ensure you place a bid via the Home Option website during this period.
