Millfields Place

A collaboration with Bethersden Parish Council, Ashford District Council and Rydon Homes led to this recently completed scheme in the weald of Kent.

The scheme comprises of 4 x 1 bedroom flats, 2 x 2 bedroom flats, 4 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 3 bedroom houses, prmarily for affordable rent. Legal Agreements ensure like all of English Rural’s properties, that these homes as  “affordable” dwellings in perpetuity, thereby benefiting current and future generations of villagers.
