A result of extensive dialogue between Wickham Bishops Parish Council, English Rural, the landowner and Maldon District Council. This project has introduced a range of properties and tenures, including flats, houses and bungalows to suit the wider needs of this community. English Rural provided the homes for rent, shared ownership and discounted market sale.
