Throwley, Kent

English Rural has secured planning permission for a small, local needs housing development in Throwley Kent.  This is the result of a joint project between Throwley Parish Council and Sheldwich, Badlesmere & Leaveland Parish Council.  The housing need was identified by surveys carried out in both parishes by the Rural Housing Enabler at Action with Rural Communities in Kent.  An extensive site search process resulted in the site at Leaveland Corner Throwley, selected as the most the suitable, available site.
