Under the terms of your tenancy agreement you are required to give us at least 4-weeks notice to end your tenancy and this will begin from the following Monday after we have received your termination form.
If you haven’t already registered for the resident portal, you can do so here: https://englishrural.org.uk/register. This will allow you to complete the link to the form above.
Once we have received your termination notice your Regional Housing Manager will contact you to discuss any outstanding rent that will be due before you move.
An inspection of your property will also be undertaken and you will be advised of any works you are required to undertake before vacating.
