At English Rural, residents play a vital role in shaping the services we provide. Guided by the Regulator of Social Housing’s Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard, we’re committed to ensuring every resident has meaningful opportunities to be heard, influence decisions, and hold us to account. We actively listen to feedback, support tenant-led initiatives, and regularly share information about our performance, policies, and improvements. Through surveys, local meetings, focus groups, and our Resident Scrutiny Panel, we make sure residents’ voices directly influence how we deliver and develop our homes and services.
