The first Community Land Trust project in Kent.

This honour has been achieved by Shepherdswell and Coldred Community Land Trust in a joint venture with English Rural, the Church Commissioners and OSG Architecture. The scheme provides 13 new homes, with 10 being for affordable rent to local people. Completed in March 2024.
